Update (November 18th): For those that have placed orders over the past few months, you may have noticed that our production times have improved greatly since the spring. I’m happy to announce that our production times have returned to normal since the pandemic started. Thank you so much for your patience during these unprecedented times. Stay safe.

Update (May 25th): We hope you are all continuing to be healthy and safe. We wanted to provide another update to be as transparent with you as we can be.

  1. Orders are still experiencing delays as we work through the new regulations and recommendations caused by COVID-19. Processing times for all orders are between 15-25 days (compared to our normal 3-7 days).

  2. Shipping may take longer due to limited availability from our shipping partners.

  3. We are shipping out orders in separate shipments to make sure you receive your items as soon as we make them.

  4. Fulfillment centers are working at minimum capacity to comply with 6 feet apart rules. Fulfillment partners are asked to stay home if they do not feel well and are receiving sick pay.

  5. Keep an eye out for your shipping notification via email and stay connected via social media for updates from us.

Coronavirus; it’s affecting the entire world. From businesses to schools, everything is being shut down to keep each other safe and healthy. For some that means being able to work from home, stocking up on food from the grocery store and relaxing in your sweats. This isn’t a realistic transition for everyone.

With that in mind, we want to help. As a Minnesota-based company, we reached out to two organizations that work everyday, even through all of this, to provide support in the Minneapolis/St. Paul community.

The Aliveness Project is a community center for and driven by people living with HIV. They have been facilitating connection to community, offering nutrition & wellness services, and linking their members to resources to lead fulfilling & healthy lives.

Since 1972, Face to Face has been serving young people experiencing homelessness or at risk of becoming homeless with 17% identifying as part of the LGBTQ+ community.

As an online business, we aren’t met with the same hardships that are affecting others so for the entirety of March and April, we are donating all profits from our products to The Aliveness Project and Face to Face. They are both incredible organizations and we are here to help.
